During this time, your pet will receive a full physical exam and any recommended treatments (such as vaccines), and you\u2019ll have time to ask the veterinarian any questions you may have.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">We recommend you come about 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork (or, <a href=\"\/pet-resources\/forms\/\">fill out your first visit form now, and bring it\u00a0with you).<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><strong>What do I need to bring to my first appointment?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>In order to serve you and your pet most efficiently, we recommend bringing a copy of any medical records you have for your furry family member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">You can bring a copy with you, or call your previous veterinarian to have the records sent directly to us, at:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Fax: 336-625-6251<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Email: <strong><a title=\"mailto:aahosp@live.com\" href=\"mailto:aahosp@live.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aahosp@live.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">If your pet is taking any medications or supplements, it can also help to bring the containers with you, so we can make a note of the brand and dosage for your pet\u2019s medical records.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><strong>I just got a new puppy\/kitten.
